Our Purpose.

It wasn’t until we truly understood the connection between what we consume and how we feel, physically and mentally, that we stopped just getting through the day and began truly thriving in it. This realization connected us to a greater purpose: to promote foundational health and inspire people to feel and live their best. üm doesn’t just provide a temporary boost; it rewires our daily rhythm from the inside out, helping us show up as our best selves every day. When we fuel our bodies with intention, we feel our very best, and when we feel our very best, we can pursue our purpose with clarity, energy, and joy. Now we’re on this exhilarating journey to share that transformation with you, providing you with products that you need to power your own purpose, whatever it may be.

Our Story

Before we ever launched in 2023, the spores of üm were already sprouting. Our obsession? Feeling our best, every single day. It was during our time living in Bali that completely changed our perception of what it meant to truly live life with vitality. And while the beaches and culture definitely had us hooked, it was the introduction to functional mushrooms and a more natural way of living that truly shifted everything.

We've sipped, sampled, and savored countless functional drinks, but none met our high standards for quality, convenience, and taste. So, we set out to create something better. Through intentional blending, we perfected a powerhouse mix of four functional mushrooms and electrolytes - no messy powders, no artificial ingredients, and no excessive caffeine. Just a clean, effective way to quench more than just thirst.

Moved to Bali, Indonesia, and experienced a full reset on how we perceived health, wellness, and longevity.

Became more intentional about our health & built a strong foundation through nutrition, movement, sleep, community, and stress management.
